Tracing the Path
2017
VULT Security launched to revolutionize the tokenization of digital assets. They introduced a system for using, gifting, or trading tokenized assets like gift cards, punch cards, and promotions. A patent was filed for trading these tokenized assets on mobile devices and smartwatches.
2018
The “Trade ‘Em” platform was launched. It integrated with Apple Pay and Google Pay for instant purchasing. VULT Security gained approval from Apple’s AppStore, was recognized on NRF’s “Top 25 Tech,” and received Shop.Org’s “Attendee Choice Award.”
2019
VULT Security set a global record for the fastest transactions in tokenized digital assets. Their system limits use to the issuer’s stores. It also allows small businesses to convert tokenized asset values into cash.
2020
VULT Security’s GEM App was launched, introducing a merchant backend and full Point of Sale (POS) development. A Peer-to-Peer (P2P) currency exchange was developed, and a patent pending for contactless payments was filed.
2021
VULT Security registered federally as Money Services Business (MSB) , implemented Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance, and established a High-Risk products banking relationship. They launched a wholesale brokerage and piloted a program in New Mexico, adapting to Apple’s policy changes.
2022
Contactless payments and an app were introduced, along with Artis IQ Lite and e-commerce features. VULT Security expanded to online ordering, social media news feed integration, in-app purchasing, and advertising. Patents for DAIS Payments. were secured, and they were featured in Forbes.
2023
The Artificial Intelligence Quick Artis IQ platform advanced using Golang, and digital payments were branded under VULT Security. They achieved Security Operations Center (SOC) 1 & 2 Type 2 compliance and enhanced ID verification via Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for due diligence.
2024
AI1 Alphas and VULT Security Alphas launched. Over 13 FinTech opportunities were explored, and additional patents and PP were received.
