These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of VULT Security’s services, websites, and applications (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using VULT Security’s Services, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If users do not agree with these Terms, they should not use VULT Security’s Services.
User Obligations
Users agree to the following rules and guidelines when using VULT Security’s Services:
- Do not harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party.
- Use the Licensed Application only on devices that the user owns or controls.
- Do not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
- Do not rent, lease, assign, sell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise grant rights in the Licensed Application to any third party.
- Do not violate, circumvent, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the security of the Licensed Application.
- Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.
- Do not republish, post, transmit, distribute, or make available the Application Content on any other site or application.
- Do not use or launch any automated system to access VULT Security’s Services.
- Do not attempt to introduce viruses or other harmful computer code.
- Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent identity or affiliation.
- Do not promote spam or unsolicited advertising.
- Do not violate any of these Terms.
VULT Security’s services are annual, renewable, and require prompt payment. They continue until canceled with a 30-day notice. Flexible payment options and a 30-day refund policy are available.
Payment, Bookings, and Cancellations
- VULT Security’s Services are provided for an initial term of one year, renewable for successive one-year periods.
- Prompt payment of VULT Security’s fees and charges is essential.
- Services are ongoing until canceled, requiring a 30-day cancellation notice to discontinue use of VULT Security’s software.
VULT Security reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any user license, participation, or content that VULT Security believes is or might be in violation of these Terms or VULT Security policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any software development or modification services requested by the customer, including any intellectual property rights therein, shall be exclusively owned by VULT Security. The customer assigns all rights, title, and interest in the developed or modified software to VULT Security.
Account Termination
Services with VULT Security are ongoing until canceled. A 30-day cancellation notice is required to discontinue use of VULT Security’s software.
Liabilities and Disclaimers
VULT Security licenses the licensed software “as is” and makes no express or implied warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VULT Security shall have no liability to users for personal injury, product claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to use the licensed application for any purposes that violate VULT Security or any third party’s intellectual property, individual rights, or any other purposes prohibited by United States law.
Consent to Terms and Conditions
Customers consent to these Terms through the Merchant Service Agreement. Their customers consent through the digital consent dialogue during onboarding (KYC – Verified Account Origination).
Dispute Resolution
Customers can contact VULT Security’s support during regular business hours (Central Standard Time) or reach out to their account manager for any disputes or issues.
Partnership Criteria
VULT Security’s technology can fit in any workflow requiring authenticated/verified access. Potential partners must provide a full legal name, logo, brand kit/guide, and go through VULT Security’s KYC process. Partners consent to the partnership agreement through reseller agreements with a per-account commission split.

Amendments
VULT Security reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of VULT Security’s Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
